Please be advised that the 2023 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report has been posted here. If applicable, please ensure this information is passed along to all tenants/homeowners. If you would like a paper copy, please visit our office at 8506 Bluebird Lane or contact us at 435-649-7324.

For the past two years, SWDC has been evaluating its assessments in consultation with a professional engineering firm.  The evaluation includes infrastructure needs for the future to sustain and improve water delivery to SWDC shareholders.   The assessment increase announcement was not handled as the Board expected. The intent was to have an explanatory announcement released in advance or in conjunction with the assessment increase notice.  SWDC will be holding an informational meeting for SWDC shareholders to explain in detail the reasons for the assessment increase. When confirmed, details will be posted here and emailed to shareholders using the email address on file with SWDC.

The SWDC Board of Directors approved an assessment increase of 31% effective January 1, 2024.  The updated rate schedule can be found here.  Please contact our office at 435-649-7324 should you have any questions.

The SWDC office will be closed on December 29th at 12:00 and will re-open on January 2nd at 8:00 a.m. In case of a water emergency, please call 435-649-7324 to be connected to the on-call water operator.
